The Owner Mobile App gives owners the same comprehensive information that is available in the web-based Client Access but with the convenience of an app on their phone or tablet.

To download the app owners can go to their respective app stores. App Store and Google Play store and search for ‘PropertyMe Owner’.

The app can display the property’s key aspects, including financial information, jobs, inspections and documents.

If the owner also has properties with other agents and these agents also use PropertyMe, the Owner Mobile App will collate them all into an easy tiled swipeable view.

Overview

From transactions to inspection reports – you can view it all in the palm of your hand.

You’ve already got so much on your plate. The PropertyMe app helps simplify your life by sharing upcoming events related to your property in one central location.

Keep tabs on the status of jobs and inspections linked to your properties and view any upcoming activities.

Documents

Access all of your financial documents including statements, bills and more in one place.

You can even download and share your documents with your financial consultant at the click of a button.

Properties

Have multiple properties with multiple agents who use PropertyMe? No problem!

Communication is made simple as you can view your current and previous investment properties and contact your Property Manager, all through the app.

Click on the headings below to see more information about the various screens.

You will need to have set up a Client Access login established with an email login and password.

Once the app has been downloaded, you can open and tap Log in.

Enter your login email and password and tap on Log in.

This will log you into the app and bring you to the overview screen.

If you have multiple properties you can swipe and tap on the property that you wish to drill down and see more information about.

You can then scroll down and see information on the property including:

  • The current tenant information
  • Payment Summary
  • Insights that can show a 6 or 12 month financial summary
  • An Expenses Breakdown
  • Transactions information
  • Activities, jobs and inspections
  • Documents

Current Tenant

This section shows the lease dates, rental amount and when the rent is due.

Insights

Insights will chart income and expenses for either a 6 or 12 month period for that property.

Click on the drop menu to change between the 6 and 12 months view.

Expenses Breakdown

Up to 6 different expenses will show in the summary screen.  If there are more than 6 expenses tap on Tap to View All to see all.

Transactions

Tapping on transactions will show transactions for that property.

It will show either 6 or 12 months’ worth of transactions depending on which option was selected in the insights screen

This screen displays property transactions at the top and owner transactions in the lower section.

Upcoming Activities

Activities show active & completed jobs and inspections for that property.

Documents

The Documents tab shows uploaded documents and documents created from disbursements for that property.

The documents will be shown in the order of year, month and property.

The overview tab collates information on all your properties.

The information shown is:

  • The properties you have (where PropertyMe is used to manage them)
  • The current balance
  • Insights
  • Upcoming activities
  • Completed Activities

You can swipe through your properties at the top.

Current Balance

This screen will show a combined figure for all the properties. Tapping on the down arrow will expand the information to display:

  • Opening Balance
  • Money in
  • Money out
  • Uncleared funds
  • Bills outstanding.

Insights

Insights will chart income and expenses for either a 6 or 12-month period.

Activities

The Activities tab shows upcoming and completed activities for jobs and inspections for all properties.

The Financials tab shows:

  • The properties you have in your owner folio
  • Current Balance
  • Insights
  • Expenses Breakdown
  • Transactions
  • Documents

A properties filter can be applied and the time filter of either of 6 or 12 months.

Account Selection

Tap All Properties to apply a filter.  A choice can be made between accounts.

The balances will change according to the selection.

Insights

Insights will chart income and expenses for either a 6 or 12-month period.

Expenses Breakdown

Up to 6 different expenses will show in the summary screen.  If there are more than 6 expenses tap on Tap to View All to see all.

The balances displayed will depend on the filter applied to accounts and insights time frame.

Documents

This will show the documents associated with the properties filter that has been selected

The documents will be shown in the order of year, month and property.

Activities show active and completed jobs and inspections for all properties.

Documents show uploaded documents and documents created from disbursements for all properties.

The Properties tab shows All, Current and Archived properties. Click on a property to see further information.
